Warranty, returns, shipping and privacy
Every inspected piece carries a mechanical warranty with a clearly defined scope. Warranty covers the movement and mechanical function described at sale; it does not cover normal wear, cosmetic patina, or damage from later handling. Refunds are considered for pieces that differ materially from their listing or arrive damaged in transit. Returns must be requested within the stated window, with the watch unworn and in its original packaging.
International shipments are insured and tracked end to end. Declared values follow customs guidelines, so please review the declaration notes before checkout. We collect only the information needed to process orders and deliver watches, and we never sell personal details.
